Cupping

A modern adaptation of the ancient Chinese art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. Using plastic or silicone cups this technique enhances blood circulation and releases fascial and muscle tension. Cups will leave light-dark bruising marks on the skin that typically fade within 7-10 days.

Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. Slow, light, rhythmic strokes are used to increase lymphatic flow, reduce swelling and lymphedema, and improve circulation.
